Parenting

Parenting is tough, in fact it is one of the hardest jobs in the world.

Parents don’t step out of hospital with a manual or guide on “how to be a parent” and children don’t come with instructions. You are left to figure it out by yourself whilst sleep deprived and running on empty. The reality of being a parent can be quite daunting.

Often the only reference point for parenting is our own parents and our own parents weren’t perfect. Perhaps you didn’t like the parenting style you were raised with and vow to be different now you are a parent? Or maybe you had absent, emotionally neglectful parents and you struggle yourself with being the parent you want to be.

Parent Coaching

A parent coach can help you with many aspects of your parenting. A parent coach is almost like the parent you never had as they provide a safe space for you to be fully seen, heard and valued whilst actively listening to your struggles.

The Benefits of Parent Coaching
