Meet Fiona: Your Guide to Conscious Parenting

Hello and welcome! I’m Fiona, a dedicated Parenting Coach passionate about helping families worldwide cultivate peace, harmony, and connection. My clients often tell me I’m one of the best listeners they’ve ever encountered.

Based just outside Newcastle upon Tyne, I’m a short ten-minute drive from our stunning coastline. I’m also a busy mom of two daughters, aged 5 and 7, who inspire me daily when I’m not working with parents.

My greatest passion is promoting conscious parenting. I truly believe that if more parents adopt this mindful approach, we can change the world. It may sound ambitious, but the way we parent significantly impacts a child’s mental well-being and how they navigate life’s challenges as adults.

When children feel seen, heard, respected, and unconditionally loved, they are more likely to develop healthy self-esteem. Unfortunately, many adults struggle with feelings of inadequacy, believing they “don’t matter” or that “no one cares.” These limiting beliefs often stem from childhood experiences and the way we were spoken to by our parents. This is why the approach we take in parenting is so vital.

Join me on this journey to transform your parenting style and foster a positive environment for your children!
