- The fee is to be paid in full prior to your parenting session
1a) Payment is to be made in full at time of booking
1b) Payment for the Ultimate Parenting Success Course can be paid in 3 instalments.
2. Payment is via bank transfer (UK) or Paypal for international clients.
3. I do not give medical advice, diagnoses or assessments of your child’s health/condition/behaviour
4. I cannot guarantee I will improve your situation. You are paying for my time to analyse your situation, my recommendations and suggestions.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, that time has been reserved exclusively for you in my schedule.
First session: Payment is required at the time of booking.
Subsequent sessions: Payment is due on the day of the session and must be clearly named and dated.
Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: A full refund will be provided.
Cancellations within 7 days of the session: Payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
