Happy Me Parenting – Cancellation Policy
- The fee is to be paid in full prior to your parenting session
1a) Payment is to be made in full at time of booking
1b) Payment for the Ultimate Parenting Success Course can be paid in 3 instalments.
2. Payment is via bank transfer (UK) or Paypal for international clients.
3. I do not give medical advice, diagnoses or assessments of your child’s health/condition/behaviour
4. I cannot guarantee I will improve your situation. You are paying for my time to analyse your situation, my recommendations and suggestions.
- Please note that once you have booked an appointment it means that time has been reserved in my schedule exclusively for you.
Cancelling a parenting slot likely means I have had to turn away work from another family. For this reason the following fees apply to all cancellations.
- 48 hours or less notice – none refundable *
- 6-3 days notice – 75% of the fee paid (25% refund)
- 14-7 days notice – 50% of the fee paid (50% refund)
- More than 14 days notice – 25% of the fee paid (75% refund)
